Practical, confidence-building sessions that prepare residents for independent living. Budgeting, cooking, financial literacy, tenancy management, and digital skills.

Tailored pathways into work and learning. CV support, work readiness, and connections to training and accredited courses.

Trauma-informed, recovery-focused support delivered one-to-one and in groups, alongside NHS partners where appropriate.

Initiatives that reduce social isolation and build the confidence and connections residents need to thrive beyond our doors.

Working upstream with statutory partners to support people before they reach crisis point. Early intervention that keeps tenancies and lives intact.

We work with Local Authorities, housing associations and other providers to extend our reach and strengthen the wider sector.
We work alongside Local Authority Housing and Social Care Teams, NHS Community Mental Health Teams, Probation Services and voluntary sector agencies, so every resident has a joined-up pathway and nobody falls through the gaps between services.
