A clear path for residents and for partners.
One model, two perspectives. Whether you are seeking support or referring someone who needs it, here is exactly what to expect.
Referral
A professional working with you, such as a social worker, probation officer, NHS team or support worker, sends a referral on your behalf.
Assessment
We meet you. We listen. Together we work out what you need, what you want, and whether one of our homes is right for you.
Move-in
When the match is right, you move into a safe, furnished home. We make sure the first days are calm, not chaotic.
Your support plan
You and your key-worker build a plan around your goals, not someone else's. The plan changes as you do.
Skills & wellbeing
Practical help that adds up: budgeting, cooking, mental health support, work and study, at your pace.
Move-on
When you're ready, we help you step into independent housing, with support that doesn't disappear overnight.
One named person beside you, for the whole journey.
Every resident is matched with a dedicated key-worker who knows their story, their goals and their plan. Weekly contact, structured reviews, and a single point of accountability across every agency in the picture.
