What we do

Safe homes are the start,
not the end of the journey.

Our core offer is supported exempt accommodation: safe, managed properties where every resident has an individualised support plan, a dedicated key-worker, and a clear pathway toward independent living.

  • Supported exempt accommodation
  • Key-worker & case-management support
  • Life skills, wellbeing and employability

Who we support

Adults with the courage to begin again.

We work with people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, social exclusion or housing insecurity, including those leaving custody, hospital discharge, domestic violence situations or emergency accommodation. Every resident is met as a person first, with potential and a story, never as a list of needs.

Joined-up pathways, so nobody falls through the gaps.

We work in close partnership with Local Authority Housing and Social Care Teams, NHS Community Mental Health Teams, Probation Services and voluntary sector agencies. If you have a resident who needs supported accommodation, we want to hear from you.

Voices from our community.

Real stories from residents who have walked the path with us. These spaces will be populated with real names and words shortly, with their full permission.

Sean

Leicester

Sean was living in supported accommodation that was overcrowded and offered no individual support, which worsened his mental health. Since moving in with Seren and being matched to a key-worker, he has a calm room of his own and a plan he helped write.

"For the first time in a long while, I've got my own space and someone in my corner."

Ivan

Leicester

Ivan spent many months couch surfing and sleeping rough with no sense that things could change. With a safe roof over his head and steady support, he is now thriving — cooking for himself, keeping appointments, and thinking about work.

"Having a door I can close behind me changed everything."

Nadia

Leicester

Nadia came to us after a period of instability that had left her isolated and unsure who to trust. A trauma-informed key-worker, predictable routines and a home that feels like her own have given her space to breathe and to plan what's next.

"I'm learning I don't have to do everything on my own."
