We're always open to conversations with Local Authorities, NHS teams, Probation Services, housing associations and VCS partners who want to establish a referral relationship or commission services together.

We're looking for people who treat support work as craft, who are calm in a crisis, who listen first, who measure success in someone else's progress. Roles for key-workers, support staff and volunteers will be advertised here as we grow.

Every pound invested in Seren Pathways creates measurable, lasting change in people's lives and communities.
Seren Pathways CIC is a registered voluntary organisation and Community Interest Company with a full asset lock, meaning every surplus we generate is reinvested into our mission. We do not distribute profits. We build futures.
We are actively seeking grant funding and social investment to:
- Expand our supported exempt accommodation across England and Wales
- Develop our life skills and employability programmes
- Fund community engagement and prevention initiatives
- Build our evidence base and contribute to sector-wide learning
